As a retired global corporate executive, her career spanned 23 years with The Coca-Cola Company, working on every populated continent serving key roles on the C-suite staff, leading large-scale change initiatives. She managed & led teams in communications, strategic planning, brand building, marketing, employee engagement, sustainability, executive coaching, organizational and leadership development.
Some career highlights include creating the initial architecture for the company brand; launching brand Coca-Cola marketing campaigns, orchestrating and participating with the top 150 global leaders to create the first-ever 10-year Manifesto for Growth strategic plan evolving the business into a more sustainable, holistic system of operating; working with business unit leaders to transform their strategic thinking and collaboration.
She began her career in business theater as a writer, director, producer. She was recruited and hired by The Coca-Cola Company to write and produce the International Day for 14,000 global executives at its Centennial celebration; and signature film for the World of Coca-Cola, Atlanta.
Currently, Dianne is a member of the team at Wisdom Works — an organization specializing in bringing the science and cultural insights of human thriving to life, built from the foundation that we all have the innate capacity to thrive and evolve – and tapping into that capacity is vital to lifting personal fulfillment, leadership effectiveness, and positive impact. As a certified executive coach, she helps leaders & teams discover & enhance their personal wellbeing and integrate this experience into their leadership to create cultures where people can thrive and where brands can authentically amplify consumer wellbeing.
She also dedicates time to assisting non-profits build sustainable strategic plans working with the Gibbes Museum of Art, Drayton Hall Preservation Trust, and the Kiawah Island Conservancy. As Distinguished Executive-in-Residence at the College of Charleston, she provides personal annual support across campus from serving as vice-chair of Board the Governors for the School of Business to the Honors College through the endowed Culhane International Summer Scholars Program.
She divides her life between Windsor, England and Kiawah Island, South Carolina and a learning journey on the golf course.
